Today I am featuring Amanda Frederickson from A Life Well Lived Blog and she has three delicious recipes that are packed full of flavor and nutrients that anyone can whip up!
I started following Amanda last year on Instagram which led me to her blog and I have loved everything I have seen! I am so glad that we got web-introduced, and I knew I wanted to introduce her to y'all too as soon as I decided on doing this series! She has an amazing day job as a professional chef in the Williams-Sonoma Test Kitchen...so, if that doesn't qualify her here to give you some inspiration for your meal planning, then I got nothing for ya.
On top of her day job, at night Amanda blogs about life, food, travel, and design. She is also a food stylist and photographer, and her pictures are what drew me in when I first started following her. She lives in the Bay Area with her hubby and rescue pup and you guys know that I love rescue dogs so that just gave me another reason to give Amanda and her blog some love!
A Life Well Lived blog was created as a way for Amanda to document her life that she feels so grateful for, which I completely relate to since that is exactly why I started My Diary of Us.
