Healthy Foodspiration: Eat.Real.Food.
It's the last day of my healthy foodspiration series and I saved a really good one for you to keep you motivated going into the weekend! Meet Heather, creator of eat.real.food. From her crisp and clean site, to her healthy recipes using real food, you are going to love getting to know her and adding in some of her tasty and good for your body dishes in your life!
Heather was born in Sydney, Australia and has always had a love for travel. She has lived in the Outback of Australia, in luxury camps in Africa, she's spent periods of time in Tokyo and London, and now currently is living in NYC. She has always had a passion for health and fitness and decided to create this site where anyone can come and have access to fresh, organic, REAL food.
She truly believes in not "dieting" and simply eating real food to be your best self. In the same way that food can make us sick and cause disease, she believes it also has the power to make us better! I couldn't agree more, which is one of the reasons that I asked Heather if she would be a part of my series to help get you guys (and me) inspired!
Heather isn't unrealistic though, she does occasionally indulge in good quality cheese, wine, coffee, chocolate, bread, and pastries, because she is believes in the balance of it all and says life would be pretty boring without these things. I gotta say, I'm with her on that one!
Today Heather is sharing three of her favorite healthy recipes and there is even some peanut butter fudge in the mix. Yum! To get the full details of each recipe, simply click on the title above each picture!
What I love the most about this is that when food is "real" and fresh, it's so pretty and full of color, you just know that it is good for you! I can't wait to try these recipes out myself!
I really hope y'all have enjoyed getting to know these five talented women. Each one has inspired me in my food blogging journey and I hope that after this week, you too feel inspired to cook better for yourself, your friends, and your families!
