Ingredients:
2 Cups of Honey Bunches of Oats® with Real Strawberries
1 Cup of Whole Wheat Flour
3 Well Beaten Eggs
12 Chicken Tenders (or 3 breasts cut into 4 strips each)
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
Non-stick cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In three separate bowls add the Honey Bunches of Oats® with Real Strawberries, flour, and eggs.
Season the bowl with flour in it with salt and pepper and stir to combine.
Pulse the Honey Bunches of Oats® with Real Strawberries in a food processor or crush in a plastic zipper bag until it's a fine consistency.
Coat each tender first in a light coating of flour, dusting off any excess, and then dip the chicken tender into the egg mixture and then directly into the Honey Bunches of Oats® with Real Strawberries that have been crushed and coat thoroughly.
Place on a baking sheet lined with a wire rack and spray lightly with non-stick spray coating the entire top of the chicken tender.
Bake for 23-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
