Ingredients:
2 Lbs Chicken (I use a mix of thighs and breasts but you can do whatever you prefer)
1 Jar Salsa Verde
1 Onion Diced
4 Smashed Garlic Cloves
1/2 Cup Chopped Cilantro
1/4 Cup Chicken Stock
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Black pepper
Directions:
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
Shred the chicken after it’s done cooking and serve as desired.
