I love a good martini and to me the dirtier, the better. In case you are wondering what makes a dirty martini, dirty, well let me tell you. It’s a salty, savory cocktail that uses the brine from a jar of olives traditionally, but I’ve made it even dirtier by adding an unexpected kick to this cocktail. Not only do I use olive brine here, but I also use just a touch of the brine from a jar of pepperoncini peppers. The peppers give it a slight kick and I think it really takes this martini to the next level. Making your own extra dirty martinis at home is not only easy, but delicious too!
