Happy Monday! How was your weekend? I hope it was as good as mine! Parks and I flew back from Georgia on Saturday and spent the rest of the weekend hanging out with daddy. We played in the sprinkler, Canean cooked dinner for me (grilled BBQ crabs and oysters Rockefeller...whhhatttt!) He definitely spoiled me this weekend and I took full advantage! Today I'll be back in the kitchen and catching up on a week from being out of town. Anytime I have busy weeks like this I am always looking for easy meals that taste amazing. My ultimate steakhouse-style salad is one of those wow salads that you totally could have as a meal alone or you can serve alongside a juicy steak! Your choice!
