This post is sponsored by Tony Chachere’s, but all opinions are 100% my own.
Thanksgiving is right around the corner and I don’t know about you, but I am all about the side dishes when it comes to the Thanksgiving dinner menu. I mean sure, the turkey is great and all, but bring on the sides please! One dish that our family always has at the table is a corn casserole and everyone always goes crazy for it. For this Thanksgiving, I partnered with Tony Chachere’s to bring you a twist on that same classic corn casserole that takes it to a whole new level. I love a Cajun kick for just about any recipe and this recipe for Cajun corn casserole is surely going to become a new family favorite for your Thanksgiving menu year after year.
Y’all know by now that I am a huge fan of Tony Chachere’s products and being that I married into a Cajun family, their products have always a part of my pantry staples for years. That’s why I am so excited about sharing this recipe with you! What you are going to love about this dish is that Tony Chachere’s makes it extra easy to whip up thanks to their Crispy Creole Hush Puppy Mix that I used for the base of this recipe. It literally could not be any simpler to make and it packs a Cajun punch that pairs perfectly with the corn. It’s literally a dump all of the ingredients into a bowl and bake kind of recipe and is 100% in the flavor department! If you are looking for an easy and delicious recipe to bring to your holiday gatherings this season, look no further, this is the dish for you!
This recipe is not only great for Thanksgiving, but honestly it’s such a yummy side dish to make all year long. You can adjust the amount of heat if you like with less or more Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning, but I love that bit of heat that is in the background of each bite. That spice combined with the texture of the corn casserole is why this dish is truly one of my all time favorites! My hubby requests this dish every single Thanksgiving and he fell in love with this new Cajun version, and I know you will too.
