Summertime heat isn’t going anywhere anytime soon which is why I am all about refreshing drink recipes that are nourishing and tasty! One of my favorite childhood flavors in the summertime is anything creamsicle, which is why I partnered with my friends at Karuna to bring you this delicious creamsicle slushie made with their new Ace Sport Sunny Orange drink. This recipe for creamsicle slushies could not be more perfect for summertime sipping and doubles as a great workout recovery drink too.
I have been loving Karuna for a while now and am really impressed with their Ace Sport drinks which contain natural collagen, antioxidants, vitamin C, A, selenium, and even electrolytes perfect for any workout recovery. They are low in sugar, made from all natural ingredients, and are a much better option for a sports drink in my opinion. Not only do they have all of those nutritional benefits, but they also taste amazing too and come in a variety of flavors like watermelon rush, bold berry lemonade, sunny orange, and mango splash!
I simply blended up some coconut cream, Ace Sport Sunny Orange drink, frozen oranges, vanilla, and ice to create a hydrating and delicious slushie to enjoy on any hot day. This drink is truly delicious and gives you all of the creamsicle vibes that you loved as a kid. You can add a little honey if you want to sweeten it up a little bit more, but one thing is for sure, you will be trying to hide this one from your kiddos because it is a treat that you don’t have to feel bad about!
I can’t wait for you to try this one out for yourself!
