Easy grilled pork chops with a simple seasoning is the only pork chop recipe you need. Fire up the grill and learn to grill the best pork chops that are easy enough for anyone to master. Grilled pork chops are a summer staple at our house and the whole family loves them. These easy grilled pork chops will quickly become one of your new favorite proteins to throw on the grill and serve alongside your favorite vegetables and more.
For the chops, I like to use bone-in pork chops that are about one inch in thickness. This helps prevent having a dry pork chop and the bone means that the chop will have more flavor. I season the pork chops simply with Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and grill seasoning. It’s my go-to seasoning for pork chops, but once you master the cook time and method you can play around with different seasonings and flavor combinations if you prefer based upon what you are serving with the pork chops.
How to grill pork chops:
Use pork chops that are at least an inch thick for grilling. This helps to ensure the pork chops do not dry out.
Bone-In chops will have more flavor and also help to create a juicy pork chop. If using boneless, the cook time will differ as well.
Grill the pork chops on medium high heat, around 425 degrees. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Cook time will differ depending on the size of the pork chop.
Keep a meat thermometer handy. This ensures that you don’t over or under cook the pork chops.
Let the pork chops rest at room temperature for five minutes before serving so that the juices redistribute through the pork chop.
Serve these delicious chops up with your favorite grilled veggies, baked potatoes, or salad and enjoy the most delicious pork chop that you grilled right at home.
