This homemade chili cheese dip comes together quickly and can be served with corn chips or tortilla chips. I like to top it off with fresh green onions and some chopped red onion for freshness.
What you need:
Tony Chachere’s Chili Seasoning Mix
Ground Beef
Shredded Cheese
Cream Cheese
1 Can of Tomatoes with Chiles
Onion
Jalapeño
Green Onions for Topping

Ingredients:
1 Lb. Ground Beef or Turkey
1 Box Tony Chachere’s Chili Seasoning Mix
1/2 Cup Finely Diced Onion
1 Finely Diced Jalapeno
1 Can of Petite Diced Tomatoes with Chiles, drained
4 Oz. Cream Cheese
2 Cups Shredded Cheese
1 Tsp. Avocado Oil
2 Tbsp. Water
Green Onions for Topping
Tortilla Chips or Corn Chips for Serving
Directions:
Add avocado oil to a pan on medium heat and add meat, onion, and jalapeno and begin to brown the meat.
Add in Tony Chachere’s chili seasoning mix and water and continue to mix and brown the meat until cooked through and seasoning has been mixed thoroughly.
Add the seasoned meat mixture to a pot along with tomatoes, cream cheese, and shredded cheese and stir to combine.
Gently heat the mixture until the cheeses have melted, stirring occasionally.
Pour the dip into a bowl for serving and top with green onions.
Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.
