Ingredients:
2 Cups Ripe Pineapple
6 Oz. Tequila Blanco
1/4 Cup Cilantro Leaves
1/4 Cup Mint Leaves
Juice from One Lime
1/2 Jalapeño (seeds in for extra heat, remove for a milder heat)
1 Tbsp. Agave Syrup
Sugared Lime Rim-
2 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
1 Tbsp. Lime Zest
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until well combined.
Mix sugar and lime zest together on a plate.
Rub a lime wedge around edge of glass and then place into the sugar and lime zest to create a rim.
Fill glass with crushed ice and then pour the cocktail over the ice.
Garnish with a pineapple leaf, pineapple wedge, extra herbs, and a jalapeno. Serve immediately.
