Hello friends and hello Friday!!  Anyone else feel like they have been waiting on today since Monday?  Or is that basically every week?  It's not the the weekdays are all that bad, it's just that I look forward to the weekends when my hubby is home and we can hang out as a family and take a little break from work!  One of my absolute favorite weekend traditions is cooking a big breakfast for the family!  Usually at least one day that means pancakes are going to happen!  My easy sheet pan pancakes are going to be your new favorite way to fix the most perfect pancakes without fail!
