For the first two weeks of January I was having a hard time getting out of holiday mode and back on track with regular everyday life. I talked to so many people who felt the same way this year and finally this week I started feeling like myself again in all aspects of my regular routine. I got back to eating real food, moving my body daily, and most importantly I got my work mojo back! One of the ways I like to stay on track is by starting my day off with a healthy and filling breakfast that gives me energy to power through the day! I was sitting at my hair salon in Baton Rouge over the weekend and my hair stylist started telling me about this amazing new Indian Cajun fusion restaurant in New Orleans where he had a delicious turmeric cocktail.
