As a mom there are two things I can't live without. Those things are healthy foods for my body to give me lots of energy throughout the day and delicious cocktails to keep me sane. I am always looking for easy ways to get as many nutrients in my body as I can without a whole lot of effort and of course I am always mixing up new cocktail concoctions on a weekly basis (because hello I have an 18 month old.) That's why I partnered up with Salad Power to create a delicious and healthy cocktail that is the perfect addition to you brunch this weekend! My spicy sriracha veggie micheladas are easy to make and so full of flavor that you are definitely going to want to try out Salad Power for yourself!
Salad Power is a company that saw a need for a lower calorie and higher nutrient dense juice and developed a non-GMO juice that is low in sugar, loaded with veggies, and tastes amazing too! Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Salad Power Just Veggies
- 2 Beers (lagers)
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tsp. Lite Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp. Sriracha (more if you like really spicy)
- 1 Tsp. Steak Seasoning
- Juice from one Lime
- Smoked Sea Salt for the rim of glass
Directions:
- Add juice, worcestershire suace, soy sauce, sriracha, steak seasoning, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker along with a couple of ice cubes.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Fill two glasses with ice and pour half of the cocktail mixture in each glass.
- Pour a beer into each glass and stir gently.
- Garnish with extra veggies and limes and serve immediately.
