A good BBQ sauce is a must for any sort of grilling situation, and while it’s super easy to pick up your favorite brand at the store, it’s just as easy to make your own. Not to mention, you probably already have all of the ingredients on hand! I love making a batch of this BBQ sauce to keep on hand for chicken, ribs, burgers, and more! This recipe for the best homemade bbq sauce is going to have you wondering why you haven’t been making your own sauce all along.
There are so many different types of bbq sauces out there, but my favorites usually are slightly sweet with a little kick. This recipe is based off of those flavor profiles and is truly delicious. You are going to love slathering this sauce on all of the things, so go ahead and make a double batch if you want to keep some handy in the fridge.
This bbq sauce is made from pantry ingredients and I bet you have at least 90% of them already at any given time. Believe me, I also pick up my favorite store bought sauce from time to time, but I find having a go-to homemade recipe is great when you spur of the minute decide on a bbq recipe for dinner and don’t feel like going to the store.
Make this bbq sauce the next time you are having a backyard barbecue and I promise you will be so happy you did.
